Management recently started putting these full sized cones on carriers cases in the A.M. When you clock on and see a cone on your ledge, you report to the supervisors lamenated posterboard by the desk to see which route you are giving assistance to, usually in the form of casing (double-casing) if they feel you have undertime on your route for them to recoup. What MORON thought of this waste? Apparently someone with connections who manufactures these cones!!! Whatever happened to simply telling the carrier to go over to such and such route and case for a half hour.....DUH!!!! Now we get CONED in the mornings!! Stupid is as Stupid does!

Look in the dictionary... you'll find the word overtime, you will NOT find the word undertime. There is no such thing as undertime.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly on the undertime issue, we just go along and somehow need more time later because now we are leaving later on our own routes. Notice I said when "they feel" we have undertime, no one walks up to the desk and proudly proclaims "Hey Boss, what should I do, I have nothing to do." The Sup. cones us regardless of the mail at our own routes, he is just going by what dois projects, which we all know is an F'ing joke!

As you can tell from the picture exactly WHO works around here at this station. It certainly isn't these 2 messing around with the camera. Notice the Hardworking Clerks in the background doing all the HARD WORK. The cone is a dunce cap.

We had nothing to do. We were waiting for the hardworking jerks to sort out their misthrows again.

Well, you could always clean your floor up of all the bypass and other curtailed mail you have on your floor, maybe even doublecase a route. Oh, yeah, you can't, you don't know the route you are on now!!!
