Meant to post this earlier today, but work got busy. Finished a 12 hour shift today. Two CCAs quit today and I was given a mandatory split. This job isn’t for everyone. You have to be mentally strong. It gets easier once you get converted to a regular and I was fortunate enough to become a regular after 16 months. Anyway today marks 3 years since I started with the postal office. Not an easy job and we definitely don’t get the respect we deserve.
